Our Services

On-Site Service Call - $125 per hour
1-hour minimum
Billed in 30-minute incrementsOn-site technical support for POS hardware, peripherals, and point-of-sale operational issues.
Includes:
POS hardware installation and replacement
Receipt printers, cash drawers, scanners, stands, and mounts
Device troubleshooting and testing
Peripheral pairing and verification
Basic POS workflow validation
Vendor coordination related to hardware issues
After-Hours / Emergency Visit — $200 for the first hour
Billed at $125 per hour thereafter, in 30-minute increments

Single Workstation Installation — $200
A full setup and configuration for one payment terminal workstation.
Includes:Terminal unboxing & set up
Wi-Fi or Ethernet network connection
POS / payment platform activation
Basic staff walk-through
Receipt printer integration (if applicable)
Additional workstation(s): $100 each
Large Site Installation (8+ workstations) — $1,000
Ideal for larger stores needing multiple terminals installed and integrated
Includes:All single-workstation services
Network + printer coordination
Cable management
Workstation positioning & layout guidance

Remote Troubleshooting — $50 per 30 minutes
Great for quick fixes, walkthroughs, or POS account adjustments
Includes:POS menu or settings updates
Hardware configuration guidance
System checks & cleanup
Staff training (basic)

Replacement cables, mounts, and peripherals are available upon request, billed at agreed-upon pricing before installation.

Some services fall outside standard on-site labor and may be billed separately:
Hardware staging and pre-configuration
Vendor coordination beyond standard install scope
Return visits due to site unavailability or missing equipment
Travel fees (outside standard service area)
All ancillary charges are disclosed prior to service whenever possible.
Booking & Travel Policies
Booking Fees & Deposits
A $30 booking fee required for new clients.
Repeat clients with a history of on-time payments often have this fee waived.
Large installations (8+ terminals) require a 25% deposit.
All booking fees and deposits are applied to the final invoice.
If I am unable to complete the service, all fees are fully refunded.
Large installations require 48-hour cancellation notice.
