ReadySwipe Installations provides onsite service for POS systems, kiosks, and retail devices, including installations, hardware replacements, and targeted troubleshooting.

Whether you’re opening a new location, upgrading equipment, or resolving a device issue, each job is handled as a defined service call or project. With clear pricing and a focus on completing the work efficiently and correctly.

Our Services

  • Onsite Service Call

    (1-hour minimum): $60

    Onsite installation, replacement, and troubleshooting for POS systems, kiosks, and retail devices.

    Common Service Tasks Include:

    • POS hardware installation and replacement

    • Receipt printers, barcode scanners, and peripherals

    • Payment device and terminal setup

    • Device troubleshooting and testing

    • Peripheral pairing and verification

    • Basic connectivity and functionality checks

    • Coordination with remote or vendor support

    Service Scope

    Focused on onsite, single-visit support for hardware and device-level issues.
    Does not include full network configuration or ongoing IT management.

    After-Hours / Emergency Service

    $125 (first hour)
    $75/hour thereafter

    Subject to availability and advance approval.

  • Single Workstation Installation — $75

    Complete setup and configuration for one POS terminal or retail workstation.

    Includes:

    • Device setup and physical installation

    • Network connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)

    • POS or payment device activation

    • Receipt printer or peripheral integration (if applicable)

    • Basic functionality testing and verification

    Additional Workstations: $60 each

    Multi-Workstation Installation — $500

    For larger deployments of 8+ terminals or devices.

    Includes:

    • Installation and setup of all workstations

    • Peripheral and printer integration

    • Basic network and connectivity verification

    • Cable organization and workstation positioning

    • Coordination with remote or vendor support as needed

  • Required cables, mounts, and standard peripherals can be sourced as needed to support installation and repair work.

    All materials are quoted or approved in advance and billed separately from labor. Specialized equipment may require advance notice or client-provided hardware.

  • Some services outside standard onsite labor may be billed separately, including:

    • Hardware staging or pre-configuration

    • Extended vendor coordination beyond install scope

    • Return visits due to site unavailability or missing equipment

    • Travel outside the standard service area

    All additional charges are communicated and approved in advance whenever possible.

Booking & Travel Policies

Booking Fees & Deposits

  • A $30 booking fee required for new clients.

  • Repeat clients with a history of on-time payments often have this fee waived.

  • Large installations (8+ terminals) require a 25% deposit.

  • All booking fees and deposits are applied to the final invoice.

  • If I am unable to complete the service, all fees are fully refunded.

  • Large installations require 48-hour cancellation notice.

Travel Policy

  • 0–30 miles from Vero Beach: No travel fee

  • 30–50 miles: $30 travel charge

  • 50+ miles: Custom travel quote available
